Quick 5×5 Pie
1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
1 Cup Sweetened Flaked Coconut
1 Can Crushed Pineapple, Well Drained
1 Cup Blueberries, or Raspberries or Favorite Berry In Season
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Cherry Coke or Mellow Yellow
1 Small Container of Whipped Topping; Thawed
In a large bowl, combine coconut, crushed pineapple, berries, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and Cherry Coke. Gently fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust. Top with additional whipped topping and berries if desired. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
