Tuna Salad
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise or To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Large Celery Stalk Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Sweet Pickle Relish (Optional)
  • 2 (5 Ounce) Cans Water Packed Tuna, Drained And Flaked
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and salt. Stir in the onion, relish, celery and tuna until all ingredients are coated.
  2. To Serve You can place chopped tomatoes on a whole grain sandwich with shredded Romaine lettuce or use a whole Romaine leaf and top with a scoop or two of the tuna salad on a plate. Serve with beverage, crackers or pita bread if serving as a salad on a plate.
VARIATION: Add 1 boiled egg chopped. I also like to use a 1/4 cup of green salad olives in mine instead of pickle relish for a more savory flavor.
