An estimated 19 million American adults are living with major depression, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. The good news is there is hope for the millions of people living with clinical depression. Not only can it be treated, but it can also be prevented. If you think you may be depressed, you should immediately seek help from a mental-health professional. But your treatment doesn’t have to stop there. You can also help yourself by finding ways to relieve stress such as daily meditation sessions, yoga glasses and finding time, above all else, to read the Bible. 2 Corinthians 1:3-5
