STRAWBERRY SOUP…

Ingredients

  • 2 pints hulled strawberries

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey, or more to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, yogurt, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender; blend until smooth. Refrigerate soup until chilled, about 30 minutes.

NOTE: Can use this recipe with any berry you like. Garnish with berries on top for texture.
