Sauteed Mushrooms with Pasta


  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Pound Button Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 Pound Cremini Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Pound Shiitake
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Cooking Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce, Or More To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce, Or More To Taste
  • 2-3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Box of Bow Tie prepared to box directions


  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, Teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, and black pepper in the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
  2. Toss with 1 Box of cooked bow tie sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese if Desired.


  3. May also serve over steak or Chicken dishes with sour cream mash potatoes and roasted green beans.
